Our team is here for you from beginning to end. We set up, clean up and break down. If you require assistance with event planning, day-of coordination, decor, catering, photography or other services, we work with amazing vendors and are happy to accommodate outside vendors.

Our venue is fully equipped to handle any and all of your audio, presentation and technology needs. Projectors, a sound system, microphones, WiFi and more are included at no additional charge. Our goal is to make planning and executing a successful event as easy as possible.
CATERING CONCIERGE
The Lofts at Prince provides a concierge service to help plan the catering for your event. This service extends from simply recommending vendors to planning every detail of your menu. Outside caterers and alcohol are permitted, and your event includes full use of our kitchens.

Our 1,800-square-foot industrial penthouse overlooks the trendy historical neighborhood of TriBeCa. The Penthouse has spectacular views from both inside the space and from its large rooftop deck.

SoHo Loft
The third-floor SoHo Loft boasts 2,000 square feet of floor space. Windows on three sides and ample wall space makes it the perfect spot to rent for business meetings, while it can also be transformed into an elegant reception venue.

Soho Meet
Located on the second floor, SoHo Meet is 885 square feet and accommodates 40 guests seated and 60 guests standing. This comfortable space is great for business events and other small gatherings.

Suite 500
Our newest event space is perfect for small group meetings from two to 16 people. With light from five windows, this new space will provide the perfect setting for your offsite. Coffee, tea and water bottles are complimentary. Very private, comfortable and fully loaded with all that you’ll need to make your offsite a success
